Overpriced
Take my advice, you'll disfavor this place. As soon as I set foot in the place I could recognize the bad atmosphere the hotel has. I hated this hotel - the front desk service was despicable, the toilet was completely smelly, and the lobby was unstylish. The neighboring family were quite vulgar, it was totally bothering. Add to that, the elevators were inoperative when I was staying there. I totally can't suggest it.

I it was truly exquisite in this joint! They keep the bed clean, I totally dug the room service, and also the downstairs lobby was utterly spectacular - I was satisfied with every aspect of this place. The rooms were so great. Everybody in this hotel were courteous. It is truly what I like in a hotel of this standard. If you are searching for a fine hotel in Rome, this one is extremely recommended!!!

Allow me to suggest, you'll dig this place!! The staff here is magnificent. The rooms were truly astonishing. Plus, the bed was lavish, the lobby seemed splendid, and the front desk was a-list!! I was quite content with this hotel and every aspect of it. It's definitely a place to go back to!!!

Roomy but dusty
I truly had the worst experience there!! The room to my right were quite smelly. The electricity was not operating when we were spending a night there. Oh, and there's more, I really loathed this hotel - I had contempt for the way common the main lobby was, and the check in service was inefficient. It's bad, especially when it's so pricey vacationing in a hotel of such type!! I am definitely never staying again to Best Western Universo Hotel Rome.

Learn from my experience, you'll be happy at this hotel. The rooms were terribly impeccable. Everyone in this place were stunning. On top of that, the downstairs lobby was sophisticated, the reception was suitable, and also they keep the bathroom spotless - I utterly treasured the entire place. In conclusion, I will undeniably make this hotel my ordinary hotel in Rome.

felt completely excited there!! The main go here is extraordinary. People in this place are exquisite. I was excited with it there: the main lobby was completely gigantic, the bed was huge, and also the room-service was terrific. And let's not forget, the suites were great. We terribly recommend this hotel to anyone that looks for a lovely place in Rome.
