We felt disgruntled about it! The air conditioning was inoperative when we were stopping there. On top of that, I was terribly not too impressed with everything this hotel has to offer - I resented the way the lobby was unsophisticated, the bed was mediocre, and also the room service was discourteous. We very don't suggest you to visit Westin Excelsior Hotel Rome!!

Ugly times
This hotel is terrible. The close by guests were smelly, it totally bothered me. The scents in the bathroom were despicable, the front desk was unsatisfactory, and the main lobby was completely unspeakable, I had contempt for it! I hated every aspect of this place. And let's not forget, I disapproved of the suite. In short, anyone who is searching for a supreme hotel in Rome you must aviod this one!!!

I miss it already
I was just at this place 2 days ago, and had an impeccable time. The suites were just perfect. I was impressed with the entire place!! I was excited with how clean they keep the bed, and the lobby was luscious. And there's more, people there were smashing. If you search for a fun place in Rome, this place is it.
