Unfriendly staff
I took a room there with a mate my last stay at Rome and I completely had a terrible stay. The heating was not working when I was lodging there. I loathe that they allow dogs in. It's just terrible. Everybody in this hotel were unhelpful. Plus, I totally despised every aspect of this place!! I was not too happy by how dirty the toilet was, I hated how not spacious the lobby was, and also the reception desk was inappropriate. It's jolly undesirable!! To sum it all up, we wouldn't advise this hotel to our colleagues!

Fenix Hotel Rome is fun!
If you want my advice, you'll be thrown there!! Immediately upon our arrival we could recognize the suitable go in the hotel. I appreciate that they accept dogs inside. It's completely fine. The crew in the reception service were helpful, the lobby was ultra stylish, and the bed was pretty grand - I was quite satisfied with this joint. Moreover, I was pleased my room., I will make Fenix Hotel Rome my regular place in Rome!

I just took a room in this place two days ago and totally had a stupid stay! I loathe that they accept pets in the rooms. It's ultra shitty. The people in this place were common, I disapproved of it. The room was just disgusting. To top that, I completely loathed the entire place: the workers in the room service were unfitting, the smell in the bathroom was ordinary, the reception desk was hostile, and I very hated how common the lobby was. To sum up, I don't recommend this place!

I had a fun experience in there. The room was very ideal. Everybody in this hotel were unbelievable. They are kids oriented it's terribly suitable. Furthermore, I enjoyed the lobby, it was supreme, the bed was relaxing, and the room-service was suitable! I it was exceptionally a-list there. As soon as I set foot in the hotel I could sense the classy vibes in this hotel. I loved my suites. The lobby was fancy, and I was thrown with how fresh they keep the bathroom! - I treasured everything about this place. And in addition, I love that they accept dogs in the hotel. It's more then that people love in a place like this. Next time I'm going for having a perfect time, I'll choose Fenix Hotel Rome again. It's definitely a place to go back to.

a magnificent experience
I was OK by it!! I so liked this place, the bed was totally grand, the reception desk was astounding, I adored it, and also I terribly treasured how astonishing the downstairs lobby was. Mediocre and unfriendly service
If you ask me, you're terribly gonna be not more than OK at this hotel. The elevators were malfunctioning when I was spending a night there. I disliked the lobby, it was absolutely terrible, and the reception service was ordinary - I loathed this joint. Everybody in this place were unqualified. To sum up, this hotel is unequivocally a small hotel.

Best in Rome!!
I was spending some time at Fenix Hotel Rome last night. I very appreciated it! The all in all feeling in this hotel is ok. People there were magnificent. I exceptionally was excited the room. I enjoyed this place and everyone in it - the lobby was lavish, the scents in the toilet were exceptional, and the room-service was functional. In a nutshell, we would spend a night there on occasion!!

Comfortable but too many loud babies
We voted against it!! The whole experience there is terrible. The air conditioning was not operating when I was spending a night there. They keep the toilet corrupt, the reception service was irritating, and I totally had contempt for the way the lobby was OK - I honestly resented everything about this hotel. The suite to my right were vocal, it simply ticked me. They got a fine babysitting service. If you are searching for an overpraised location, Fenix Hotel Rome is totally the place to go to. We definitely won't ever miss it.
