Overpriced
Take my advice, you'll disfavor this place. As soon as I set foot in the place I could recognize the bad atmosphere the hotel has. I hated this hotel - the front desk service was despicable, the toilet was completely smelly, and the lobby was unstylish. The neighboring family were quite vulgar, it was totally bothering. Add to that, the elevators were inoperative when I was staying there. I totally can't suggest it.

I truly had the worst experience there!! The room to my right were quite smelly. The electricity was not operating when we were spending a night there. Oh, and there's more, I really loathed this hotel - I had contempt for the way common the main lobby was, and the check in service was inefficient. It's bad, especially when it's so pricey vacationing in a hotel of such type!! I am definitely never staying again to Best Western Universo Hotel Rome.

felt completely excited there!! The main go here is extraordinary. People in this place are exquisite. I was excited with it there: the main lobby was completely gigantic, the bed was huge, and also the room-service was terrific. And let's not forget, the suites were great.
